14th Annual Acoustic Guitar Concert

CPAC Mainstage
Saturday, Oct 16, 2021 at 7:30 PM (PT)

This concert is always a favorite of the community. We present three outstanding local touring and recording artists, plus a very special guest from Los Angeles. Local audiences know Dorian Michael, Samuel Shalhoub, and Jennifer Martin from concert and video performances. Our special guest this year is L.A. recording studio ace Mark Goldenberg. Mark is known for touring and recording with Jackson Browne for many years, and for appearing on recordings by Linda Ronstadt, Bonnie Raitt, Ringo Starr, Willie Nelson, and many other stars. At this concert, you’ll hear folk, jazz, blues, classical, and other great musical genres. This great concert is appropriate for the whole family! All profits benefit the Cuesta guitar program.

This is a hybrid event, meaning: a limited amount of tickets will be available to attend in-person, and virtual tickets will be available to a livestream of the concert. THIS LISTING IS FOR IN-PERSON TICKETS ONLY. There are no refunds or exchanges. For VIRTUAL tickets, please visit: this page.

IN-PERSON SAFETY INFORMATION: Proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hrs of the event is required to attend. Masks are required for all indoor areas, regardless of vaccination status. Please visit the CPAC Safety page on our website for updates and detailed information prior to this concert. Purchasing a ticket to an indoor event confirms that you have read and agree to Cuesta College's safety measures. Please stay home if you are symptomatic, and let us know if you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket.

In light of new guidelines from the County of San Luis Obispo Health Agency and Public Health Department, we have modified our practices on and off stage to still be able to offer tickets to in-person events, meaning: performers may be masked, musicians may perform with bell covers on instruments, and everyone will be spaced appropriately. This also means that performers will maintain at least twelve feet from the audience, so the first several rows will be roped off and unavailable for seating. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
